一、个人简介
王相虎,男,1976年10月出生,汉族,安徽庐江人,博士,教授(三级),太阳成tyc122cc副经理,电子封装技术专业负责人,从事宽禁带半导体材料与器件研究,上海市太阳能学会理事,日本国立佐贺大学高级访问学者、客座教授,国家自然科学基金委员会流动编制秘书业务主管(2019.03-2021.03),入选上海市青年科技启明星(A类),获得上海市育才奖;以第一完成人获得上海市科技进步奖三等奖、中国机械工业科学技术奖三等奖各1项,参与获得上海市级教学成果奖一等奖2项;主持国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金和上海市青年科技启明星计划项等项目10余项;发表SCI论文50多篇,他引700余次;申请发明专利5项、转让技术1项;参加国际国内学术12次,作学术报告12次,担任分会主持人2次。
二、主要学习与工作经历
1995年9月-1999年7月,安徽工程大学机械学院,获工学学士学位;
2001年9月-2004年7月,吉林大学太阳成tyc122cc,获硕士学位;
2004年9月-2007年7月,中国科学经理春光学精密机械与物理研究所,凝聚态物理专业学习,获博士学位。

2019年3月-2021年3月,国家自然科学基金委员会流动编制秘书处业务主管;
2013年8月-2014年8月,日本国立佐贺大学同步辐射光学研究所高级访问学者副教授(客座研究员,日本);
2010年8月-2011年9月,华东师范大学物理系国内访问学者;
2008年8月-2009年9月,上海交通大学太阳能研究所国内访问学者。
2007年7月至今,在太阳成集团任教。
